- Stock Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you promptly and issue a 100% full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for selected PIN codes across India. COD orders may be subject to telephone/OTP verification prior to dispatch.
In case of payment deduction without order generation due to network latency, Razorpay automatically initiates an auto-refund back to your bank account within 3 to 5 business working days.
ORDER CANCELLATION & SELLER RIGHTS
Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our Aligarh warehouse by contacting support (+91 97620 60018 or email contact@beautypalaceexclusive.com). Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return upon delivery per our Refund & Return Policy.
Seller Cancellation Right: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock non-availability, incorrect pricing listing, fraudulent activity suspicion, or unserviceable delivery locations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
